Stunning 1950's silk chiffon evening dress by Frank Starr.  The prettiest softest shade of butter yellow with a gathered strapless bodice and full flowing skirt. A matching shawl as well. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
